How to make an AI movie scene by scene: from script to a stitched film

An AI movie isn't one long generation — it's a chain of short ones that share a cast, a look and a timeline. Here is the production pipeline we use in Actoria, from a page of script to a finished file.

Pre-production: cast, locations, props

Create your actors first: leads from the constructor or a prompt, yourself or friends from verified faces. Then the places — a café, a rooftop, a highway at night — either described or built from a photo without people in it. Then props: the red motorcycle, the briefcase, the neon sign. All three live in libraries and persist across scenes, so the café in scene 9 is the café from scene 2.

The script, split into scenes

Paste your script — or pick one of the hundreds of templates by genre — and Actoria splits it into scenes with a duration and a shot description each. You assign roles to actors (the template knows it needs “Fighter A” and “Coach”), choose the model and the scene length, and can edit any scene's text before running. Auto-run then generates the whole sequence; you come back to a filmstrip of finished shots.

Shooting: frame first, every time

Continuity rules that save a film

• Identity is handled by the actors; wardrobe is your job — repeat the same words in every scene
• One action per scene; extend for the second
• Establishing shot → medium → close-up: let camera vocabulary do the editing (cheat sheet)
• Failed generations refund automatically — retry instead of re-prompting from scratch

Sound, trim, upscale, finish

Add a sound layer where the model's audio isn't enough, trim a scene to the exact second where the action lands, and upscale the keeper scenes to 2K. Then press Finish: Actoria stitches the finished scenes into one file in your Repository. You can still take the file into any editor for titles and music.

Recast: the reshoot you don't have to do

Changed your mind about the lead? Recast swaps an actor in a finished video — scene and motion are preserved, and the result lands in your Repository. For a multi-scene film that's the difference between a reshoot and a click.
