The film above is a complete coffee-brand spot built in a single Actoria project — and each of its three scenes was generated by a different AI model, each one picked for what it does best. That per-scene freedom is the point of this post.
One project, several models
Most tools lock a video to one model, so every shot inherits the same strengths and the same weaknesses. In Actoria the model is a per-scene choice: a selector sits on every scene, and the storyboard, cast and assembly stay shared. The spot above used three models in one timeline — Wan 3.0 for the atmosphere shot (its clips arrive with native sound: the cafe ambience and porcelain clink came straight from the model), Seedance 2.5 for the scene with a face (our default for people and cinematic light), and Seedance 1.5 Pro for the slow-motion pour (image-to-video from an approved frame, so the composition was locked before we paid for motion).
The practical pattern: draft cheap, ship strong. Iterate a storyboard on Seedance Lite at 8 tokens per second until the story works, then re-render the keepers on 2.5, put 4K from Seedance 2.0 on the one hero shot, and give ambience-heavy scenes to Wan 3.0 at 12 tokens per second. We ran one deliberately boring prompt through four models in a side-by-side test if you want to see the differences with your own eyes.
A face that survives the campaign
A brand video isn't one video — it's a stream of them, and the presenter has to be the same person in March and in December. Actoria's actors are built for exactly that: Mia, the synthetic actress in the film above, has fronted every film on this blog across two model families without losing her face, her copper hair or her olive jacket. Create a brand presenter once — from a prompt, in the constructor, or from a real spokesperson's photo with their verified consent — and reuse them in every spot, on whatever model renders each scene.

Generic AI props sell nobody's coffee. The Items library takes photos of your real product — or a 4-view sheet of it — and carries them into storyboard frames and video, the same way actors carry their faces. Pair it with a location reference and the whole campaign keeps one visual world: same cup, same counter, same light, scene after scene.

Can I really mix models inside one video?
Yes — the model selector is per scene. The film in this post is one project with Wan 3.0, Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 1.5 Pro scenes assembled into a single film; the actors and storyboard flow are shared, so nothing about the workflow changes.
Can the presenter be a real person from our team?
Yes, with consent built in: the person verifies their own face with a live camera check before they can appear. Real faces currently render on the Seedance family; synthetic presenters run on every model.
How do we keep videos on-brand across a campaign?
Reuse the same actor, the same product items and the same location references in every project. Faces, props and places are stored assets, not prompt luck — that's what keeps March and December looking like one brand.
What does a spot like this cost?
The three-scene film above was about 200 tokens including storyboard frames and assembly — roughly the price of a coffee, fittingly. Drafting on Seedance Lite first keeps iterations cheap.
